If the AquaBlast AB-1 isn’t the right tool for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Your refund goes back to the original payment method.

1. Eligibility
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return, for any reason. Just send the item back in working condition with the accessories that came with it, packed so it travels safely (the original box is great, but any sturdy box works). Light use is completely fine — we expect you to actually try it. Units with accidental damage or missing parts may receive a partial refund.
2. How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note about why you’re returning the unit. Our team replies within one business day with return instructions and a return address. You do not need to call ahead — email is the fastest channel.
3. Return shipping
3.1 Defective or damaged units
If your AquaBlast AB-1 arrived damaged or stops working during the return window, we cover return shipping. We’ll email you a prepaid US return label so the return costs you nothing.
3.2 Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns (the product works as described, but you no longer want it) the customer is responsible for return shipping. You can use the carrier of your choice; we recommend a tracked service so the return can be verified.
4. Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return at our fulfillment center, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days. Most banks and card networks then post the refund within a few additional business days. The refund is always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the carrier scans the package. After that, please follow the return process above.
6. After the return window
Defective units identified after the 30-day return window are covered by the 1-year limited warranty. The claim process is similar — email support with your order number and a short description of the issue.
